服務細緻熱情，衞生好，送孩子馬迭爾冰棍，每天有水果，有需要馬上解決。交通非常非常便利，對面就是中央大街南大門，機場大巴也在附近。

帶着長者和孩子，定了兩間房，非常舒適，礦泉水免費提供真的太貼心了，免去了給孩子買純凈水做熱水的麻煩，早餐也挺可口，還有孩子吃的雞蛋羹 ，如果麪包的種類再豐富一點就好了，比如牛角麪包、紅豆沙的圓麪包。總之下次還會來住。

晚上回到房間水龍頭的水是涼的，1539元一晚的酒店零下20度的哈爾濱沒有洗臉的水是涼水，問前台説晚上12點之後再試一下！等到1:00水温的。還發訊息要5星好評，真無語！本準備打電話給12345，在攜程網客服人員的協助之下勉強按8.8折退款200元。並多次致歉！大過年的無心情！不會再住了！（十年前住過．因此選擇，可現在真的差）房價溢價太嚴重，特殊時期不會再來哈爾濱！
